Pablo shedded!

My Pit Jani shedded for the second time since I got him, I was wondering how long until I can hold him again? (Mainly to check for any remaining skin.) The first time, he was feeding every week, so I just checked during the following feeding time. But now that it's about three to four weeks since it got colder, I don't want him to wait two or three more weeks to get any left overs to be removed.

You can hold him right after they shed. You will not hurt the new skin.
      • Now I'm wondering... Is it possible he's shedding too much? I got him in the August, I'd assume he's less then a year old. But this would be the third time shedding since I got him! If I'm right, I just went to pick him up for feeding and his eyes are REALLY clouded, assuming he's going to shed any day, now. I know young ones shed more often, but he seems to be in shed 40% of the time. His last skin came off on Oct. 29th

If he doesn't have mites, then he is just growing. My young snakes that eat good, shed a lot.

As far as I've seen, no little devil-specks crawling around on or near him. He does eat very nicely.
