Questions about the health/Treatment of a Map Turtle and Red Eared Slider...

Unfortunately, at the time, I cannot include an image of the problem. I cannot find my camera, and it has awful quality anyways. But I digress.

I have four turtles, 2 red ears, and 2 maps, and I'm having a problem with one of each. They were given to me, and they've recently started developing problems.

One of the Maps, named Squirmy, has what seems to be a receded jawline, and from my own research, I believe it may be a result of MBD, but I can't find a good pic of a receded jawline, and she doesn't seem to show any other symptoms (but I'm not 100%). If someone could help me confirm it, and treat it, I'd really appreciate it, because it's been around for some time, and though she's not affected re. health as far as I can see, I'm still concerned. Oh, except for the fact she seems really weak compared to the others, like, she can't swim to the top of the 55 or so gallon fish tank the others were hanging out in (They're not big, so I placed a mat thing and switched them in and out between that and a much smaller one.) Like, George, my other Map, swam to the top with ease. But only in this department.

Oh, and she also had some weird tumor-esque thing on her face. It went away though, I don't know what that means.

The second problem I have is with my red ear, Napoleon. I couldn't figure this one out at all...She seems to be worse off. She never moves. Like, ever. I never see her swimming, and most of the time she's just floating around. Which brings me to problem #2. She has an unnatural buoyancy in her shell. Like, when I put her in the 55 gallon, she never sunk unless she wanted to go to the bottom, which I've only seen her do a few times and took some effort on her part. I also haven't seen her eat in months. Yeah. At first, I thought she was just eating when I wasn't around, but I'm not sure that's the case. I started removing the other turtles and leaving her alone for an hour or so, and she wouldn't even touch it. I honestly don't know how she's alive, but she's gotta eat somehow >.> She's also been dwarfed by the runt, Charles.

Oh, and she's a real pale green, not much color at all, in shell or skin. I don't know if that matters but it seems like that's going to be an indication of bad health. And her eyes are a little bulgy, which I know is.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me. The other two seem healthy, except for Charles' lack of intelligence. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I'll answer to the best of my ability.
